It's a family affair! Thierry and Jocelyne Mathieu run the chocolate factory, accompanied by their two sons. Thierry, master chocolatier, carries on the tradition with a zest of innovation and modernity. The showcases highlight the chocolates and entremets. Taste the house specialties: Larmes de Vercingétorix®, blueberry meringues, and Muscadines Jehan de Berry®, pralines lightly flavored with cognac. The company also makes Yule logs, galettes des rois and other creations on request.

Perhaps good chocolatier but not specialist in the wedding cake
It was a real catastrophe for the wedding. Aesthetically perfect nothing to fault presentation and finesse question over passable. Too thick nougatine and chou pastry not good, to believe that the cabbage had been frozen!
