Read moreEvery Saturday morning, one of the largest weekly markets in the Puy-de-Dôme is held. It is animated by a hundred traders and producers. On the stalls, you can find fresh, quality products, in short circuit (fruits, vegetables, fish, delicatessen, honeys...), but also clothes and trinkets of all kinds. Its picturesque character and its notoriety are reinforced by the presence of small producers on the central square. This commercial effervescence reminds us of the origin of Riom's name, which comes from Ricomagus, "rich market"!
