Aux Bons Produits du Fraysse is a company created in 1994, in the Aveyron. What a great school to learn how to process duck products! Established since 1997 in Auvergne and with a constant concern for quality, I cook my products myself, without additives or preservatives. In order to maintain an irreproachable quality, the ducks are raised and force-fed with GMO-free certified corn and processed in a laboratory with European Community approval. Traditional preserves but also specialities with original flavours that I distribute in delicatessens, fairs and markets, as well as to works councils

The Foie Gras: Find all the finesse, delicacy and flavor of a whole Foie Gras, only in extra quality, not over-fed.

Les Cuisinés: Authenticity at its peak. Traditional and revisited dishes based on confits.

Pâtés and Rillettes: Something new: I make my pâtés with 70% duck breast; hence a great flavor, as well as a dense and not greasy texture. For the rillettes: I mainly use candied legs, cooked for a long time with herbs, and all manually sliced !

The derivatives of Foie Gras: I offer you skillful blends with 30% extra whole Foie Gras, for the "Cous farcis", "Délices" and "Rillettes". Complicity of Foie Gras and apple through the "Tatin", and a play of textures (sweet, crunchy and crispy) through the different "Fruits with Foie Gras".
