Excellent cuisine with the right local products, good herbs and beautiful presentation. After having worked in the vibrant Mykonos, chef Yiannis Gavalas decided to return to his quieter homeland and create a daring gourmet restaurant. On the menu: products from the Cyclades such as octopus with dried tomatoes from Syros, tyrokoulouri, a fritter with five cheeses from Naxos and Mykonos, or tyrokafteri, a spicy mezze with cheeses from Mykonos and Iraklia.
