Read moreEven if there is not much choice, you will not come here by chance or out of spite. Here is a real institution on the island, on its eponymous and incidentally most famous beach. In short, everything is good and there are never crowds despite the beauty of the site. Here you will find salads, fish, and cooked dishes, but try especially the kid cooked for ten hours in the oven, a delight that you will preferably savour under the beautiful shaded verandah, taking your time. Very good home-made bread as well as tomato fritters.
