Παιδιά προσοχή..κατά την άφιξη σας στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο προσέξτε πολύ καλά τα κλινοσκεπάσματα..από πάνω μέχρι κάτω εμείς δεν το κάναμε με συνέπεια να καταλάβουμε έκτων υστέρων οτι στο σημείο που είναι τα ποδια υπάρχαν λεκέδες από αίμα.( ελπίζω να είναι λεκές ) και όχι απλά να τα στρωσανε για τους επόμενους..προσοχή και πάλι ( θα γίνει σχετική καταγγελία )

This hotel was not a good experience. My family and I (4 people total) booked this hotel for 3 days and wanted to leave after the first night but decided to stick it out as we were on the last leg of our vacation. The pictures are accurate however our room was disgustingly dirty. There were visible dead bugs/mosquito bits spread on the walls, our bed sheets and pillows were visibly dirty upon our arrival and very clearly not washed prior to our arrival. We confirmed this when we asked for new sheets and noticed the huge difference from the new sheets compared to what was already on our beds. ALL towels and even the sheets had green stains on them. They were clean but stained. The shower and toilet do not have doors that close. The man that works inside/front desk was RUDE. He made snarky comments because we asked for 2 extra pool towels and said that if we keep asking for more towels that there would none for the rest of the day. We are a family of 4, we only asked for 2 extra. When we asked him for directions and help to get to the bus stop to go into mykonos town, he was rude and not helpful. They also said it was only a 7 min walk to the bus station and you "follow the beach and go up a small trail" but in reality you have to climb up basically a mini mountain/cliffside that is very dangerous. It took us over 15 min of rock climbing to get to the bus stop. While it is nice that the area is semi-secluded because you don't have to deal with the party scene that you would typically expect of the island, it is almost too secluded. The only way out is by bus or by ferry and you have to make sure you catch them on time. It was extremely difficult to get a taxi/uber to come pick us up, and even our taxi driver that brought us there from the airport told us YOU HAVE TO RENT A CAR IF YOU ARE GOING TO STAY HERE, OTHERWISE IT WILL BE DIFFICULT TO LEAVE. When we left to the airport, we had to reserve an uber the night before and it was very expensive. If you want to use the beach lounger chairs, you have to pay an extra 40 euros. There is only 1 man that cleans the entire hotel and he comes at odd times. The first day he came at 3 pm, and my sister was sleeping so I asked if he could come back later. When we left for dinner that night, I asked the man at the desk if our room could be cleaned while we were gone and he said no. The next day, the cleaning man came at 10 am, and still did not change any of the bed sheets. It was very unreliable.

Now for the good things: the pool is beautiful and it is right on the beach. The beach is absolutely beautiful as well and it was so nice that we could see the beach from our room, and you have a direct view from the seating area inside the hotel. There was plenty of seating and it was wonderful having my morning coffee looking out onto this beautiful sight. There are also water activities like boats and jet skis which is very nice. There is a girl with long black hair that works at the front desk and she was wonderful and kind. She was absolutely a pleasure. The workers at the poolside restaurant were also wonderful. The food there was great too. If I could have spent my entire vacation at the pool, and never have to go to our dirty room, it would have been a wonderful vacation.

I wish I could give the one front desk girl and the pool restaurant crew only a 5-star review. I wanted this to be a good experience because I know it is a family-owned establishment and I would like to support that, however our stay was extremely disappointing and I strongly needed to warn others about the lack of cleanliness we experienced.

La descripción de booking No es cierta, No existe centro cerca. No hay absolutamente nada alrededor. Se encuentra lejos y no hay medio de transporte. Pagué caro para encima tener que pagar por reposeras en la playa.

The hotel grounds are stunning and match the pictures. The pool and restaurant are fantastic. Where this hotel falters is with hospitality, maintenance, and care. I booked five nights and checked out after four. The rooms are dated and uncared for. The bathrooms are quite pathetic with the shower itself barely functional. It’s honestly quite sad as this hotel has so much potential. I really wanted to like it but once I saw how the other hotels in the areas maintained their rooms (and that the price was the same or less), I cannot excuse Sunrises lack of care towards their patrons or hotel rooms.

Overall, for the price you can find much better accommodations at the neighboring Agrari Ninemia Suites. Sunrise Hotel feels more like a motel once you’re in the room. Skip the headache and find another hotel.

Escolhemos esse hotel por ser em frente à Agrari Beach, uma das praias mais nativas e naturais de Mykonos, bem tranquila. Quartos espaçosos, bem limpos e novos. Staff atencioso e café da manhã completo. Piscina agradável. Recomendo muito.

Gefallen · Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage am Strand und Pool war sehr gut. Allerdings ist man in der abgeschiedenen Bucht den hohen Preisen des Hotels ausgeliefert.

Nicht gefallen · Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!!! Die Toilette war kaputt (WC-Brille ausgehängt). Die im Preis inkludierten Liegen am Pool sind derartig unbequem, dass man nicht lange dort verweilen möchte...Alternativ dazu kosten am Strand 2 Liegen mit Schirm satte 35 Euro! Die vom Hotel angebotenen Speisen und Getränke sind ebenso vollkommen überteuert! Unser Abendessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant hatte wenig mit der sonst so guten griechischen Küche zu tun! So hat man uns lieblos kleingeschnittene Souvlaki-Stückchen als "Gyros" verkauft. Wir haben auch souvlaki bestellt, das war das selbe Fleisch, nur auf Spießen! Beilagen der beiden Teller waren ident: Tomate u. Pita, sowie fades Tzaziki - kein Reis, keine Pommes frittes. Den Preis von 17 Euro war das auf jeden Fall nicht wert! Eine Coladose kostet 4 Euro, eine kleine Flasche Wasser 2 Euro!!

Per la prima volta mi sono sentito derubato in base a quello che ho pagato non mi aspettavo un soggiorno così pessimo apparte la spiaggia carina il resto un furto autorizzato, colazione molto scarsa e scadente, pulizia camera inesistente con la biancheria macchiata. Per quanto riguarda la stanza mi sembrava di dormire in un ripostiglio, lavandino e sanitari a vista. Il personale perniente predisposti alla accoglienza del cliente. Dopo aver lasciato la stanza 11:00 del mattino e ritornati alle ore 17:00 la camera non era stata rifatta, e dopo aver sollecitato parecchie volte al personale nessuno si è recato per pulire la camera. Alle 22:00 al ritorno dalla cena la camera non era stata rifatta e per l'ennesima volta richiediamo almeno la biancheria da bagno e cartigenica. Raccomando a chi magari andrà in questo pessimo albero di non prendere assolutamente il caffè che costa 4,50 per bere acqua della lavatrice sporca. Per non parlare di due cene pagate 300 euro manco il mangiare del cane, sconsiglio vivamente di venire in questo albergo.
Mi è costato nella settimana per raggiungere mykonos town 450 euro per raggiungere il centro.
Un albergo così lontano dal centro senza un bus navetta a disposizione dei clienti mai piu'.

Family run hotel facing the beach. Great breakfast and very comfortable albeit small rooms. Location is very nice with a nearby restaurant and place to do water sports. I would have given 5 stars but since the hotel doesn’t provide complementary sun beds to hotel guests (charges 35€ per day) which was disappointing.

Hemos estamos 4 noches en este hotel mi pareja y yo, el trato ha sido increíble, muy familiar, la habitación era muy espaciosa, todo muy limpio, la playa una de la mejores tanto tranquilidad como en comodidad.

Erwartungen nicht erfüllt - Preisleistung ungenügend

Für 420 € die Nacht habe ich mehr erwartet. Es hat es nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer und die Minibar ist leer. Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig. Die Gläser sind schmutzig das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr minimalistisch.Der Pool ist schön und sauber.
Die Lage ist super aber wenn man schon ein Strandhotel ist, sollte man für die Gäste einige Strandliegen auf am Strand anbieten.

Am Pool hat es etwa 15 Liegen aber das reicht allemal nicht für alle Gäste.
Das Personal ist zum Teil nicht besonders freundlich und höflich. Die Managerin ist freundlich und bemüht.
Der Standart entspricht auch nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Das Preisleistungs-Verhältnis stimmt leider nicht.

Das wird leider mein letzter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel gewesen sein.
Mykonos ist überteuert und nicht mehr das was es einmal war. Die Leute sind unfreundlich und es ist nur noch Massenabfertigung.
TEUER = KEINE QUALITÄT.
Es gibt genug andere schöne und billigere Inseln auf Griechenland.

. IT A SPAM don’t BOOK THIS HOTEL . I booked a junior suit room pay almost $400 look what I got . The photos doesn’t match with the reality. It’s very bad shape room we are at the basement no views even no sun in the room . I went to front desk and told them it doesn’t look like the room that I booked and she told me that there’s room better view €50 more :) it’s ripping . I am sorry myself to book this hotel . Please don’t waste your money and ruin your holiday .
