On Isternia Beach, Chef Antonia Zarpa's elegant restaurant is considered one of the best restaurants in Tinos. Feet in the water (beware of the waves!), you will taste a traditional cuisine revisited and original, based on fresh and organic products as much as possible. The speciality, to try with your eyes closed: the tarama with cuttlefish ink. We recommend that you come at the end of the day, to have an aperitif and watch the sun go down before getting down to business. A little more sought-after than average.

Το φαγητό ήταν καλό. Όμως αυτό που με ενόχλησε ήταν πως ο σερβιτόρος( ο φαινομενικά μεγαλύτερος από τα άλλα παιδιά)μας είπε ψέματα ότι το τραπέζι που ήταν λίγο πιο κοντά στην θάλασσα ήταν για τέσσερα άτομα που θα ερχόταν σε λίγο,ενώ λιγα λεπτά μετά εμφανίστηκαν δύο μόνο άτομα μάλλον γνωστοί...Τι διάκριση είναι αυτή προς τους νέους; Καλύτερα να μας έλεγε πως είναι κρατημένο...

Fantastisk mat, genuint grekiskt, men med en modern twist.
Att inta sin lunch 60 centimeter över havsytan gör det hela inte sämre.

Das Paradies auf Erden! Wer auf Tinos ist, sollte sich diese Gelegenheit nicht entgehen lassen. Das Essen ist großartig, das Personal super freundlich und die Aussicht einzigartig.

Das Essen war mega. Der Service war orientiert und nett. Die ist perfekt. Die beiden benachbarten Restaurants wirken daneben sehr verloren. Man kann sie aber gar nicht miteinander vergleichen, weil das ein ganz anderes Konzept ist. Hier wird modern, regional und kreativ gekocht. Zudem gibt es eine exklusive Auswahl an Wein und Spirituosen. Das hat natürlich alles seinen Preis, der im Nachhinein völlig ok ist.
