In this great little boutique opened in 2008, Yannis Mandenakis sells its own jams and fruits in the syrup (glyka koutali). As a result of the seasons, there are all the flavours of the island: Orange, lemon, quince, pumpkin, grapefruit, cédrat, watermelon, apricot, pear, grape, eggplant, peach, cherry… Everything with a minimum sugar and no additives or preservatives (to consume within eight months).
