Jean-Baptiste Deroche and Laure Cartier, young winemakers, have taken over the estate from Odette and Gilles Miolanne, whose name they have kept. The estate boasts a volcanic terroir where organic farming is practiced. Discover Volcane red, Volcane rosé, Pinot noir, Ephémère red with carbonic maceration and Ephémère white, made with gewurztraminer, rare in the region. The first AB-certified vintage dates back to 2016. In summer, at the bar éphémère, you can taste the wine of your choice by the glass and enjoy wine tours.
