The Elenedis story began in 1960, in the hills above Thessaloniki. The family perfected a secret trigona recipe and began to prepare their own version of this delicious cake, made from a triangular cone of phyllo dough coated in caramel and filled with vanilla custard: a pure delight! More than sixty years later, this little cake has become one of Thessaloniki's pastry icons, and the company now has three locations in the city. All the usual Greek and Turkish pastries are also available.
