O PAPPOUS

This cult café-bistro in Athens transforms itself into a music scene from 10 pm onwards. During the week, groups of young singers and musicians liven up the evenings with Greek songs that have marked the last century and that have had the strength to stand the test of time. On Wednesdays and Saturdays, people flock to listen to the stories of the rebetika songs, told by the Papi (in Greek, Pappou), on the piano, and his band. Unforgettable evenings are in store.
