SAINTE-THÉRÈSE-D'AVILA CATHEDRAL

From his Croatian name Katredralna Sv. Terezije Avilske. On the town square, this elegant 18th century baroque cathedral was inaugurated in 1763, then damaged several times and always rebuilt. Outside, on its square, the statue of Luka Ibrašimoviç recalls the struggle of the glorious Franciscan, who defeated the Ottoman advance here at the end of the 17th century. The various pastel colors enhance the facade and contrast with the black slate roof.
