HOLY TRINITY SQUARE

Also called Tvrđa (fort), the square was fortified with thick walls that have been knocked down in some places. Today, it remains in the heart of Osijek, a whole pedestrian area with many points of historical interest: the memorial of the plague epidemic (1729), the church, the presbytery, institutions such as the music school, archaeological and regional museums, cafes, bars restaurants and stores. Every first Saturday of the month, the antique market is held here
