Inaugurated in 1981, this bridge, which is accessible to pedestrians and cyclists, links the city center with the other side of the river, where the zoo and the beach on the Drava are located. Until 1991, it was known as the Youth Bridge(Most mladosti). It offers breathtaking views of the city, the Drava River and the ancient fortress of Tvrđa, especially at night when the lights come on. The whole walk from the fortress to Hotel Osijek is very pleasant.
