The museum is located in the former princely residence Ratkay. A palace for the naive? In Croatia, this art is not considered minor. It corresponds to a popular pictorial tradition that tells the story of the country through the prism of painters close to the people, the peasants in their villages and countryside, the people in their beliefs and traditions. Four rooms share the presentation of the collection, which consists of approximately 80 paintings and sculptures.
