Founded in 2017, the brewery continues to innovate and grow. In the early days, Laurent brewed his first beers in his garage, before moving into the current premises, expanded over time to accompany his growth. Pale Ale, Amber, IPA, triple, stout, Pils lager, American lager, milk stout... The range of Billd beers - named after the initials of the members of the founding family: Bières Ingrid Lucas Laurent Dutheil - is growing and attracting a public curious to discover a variety of artisanal flavours. Now Le Réveil des Volcans, it has diversified with Auvernhata beers and Marcel sodas. In the brewpub, you can taste them on the spot, in a friendly atmosphere.
