Just 500 m from the center, in the direction of Fort Saint-Georges, at the opening of the Prirovo peninsula, this establishment dates back to the 1970s, a socialist era. Although it requires some renovation in terms of interior comfort and soundproofing, it enjoys a peaceful natural setting between sea and hill. The establishment has 125 rooms, most with a balcony overlooking the bay (superb view) or the pine forest. On-site services include currency exchange, bar, restaurant, diving club and bike rental. The beach is 50 m away.
