The name indicates the trend of this restaurant opened in 2018 on the heights of the port. Dario Kozul, the owner, has surrounded himself with a young team to offer organic vegetarian cuisine. The local island produce comes from Brač and Hvar, is varied according to the season and delivered by small local farmers. A virtuous approach to healthy dishes: full salads, bowls, wraps, vegan burgers, potatoes, sweet potatoes, pasta, vegetable gnocchi, desserts, lactose-free ice creams and smoothies. This fisherman's tavern is run by a friendly family. Located in the hollow of the port, the establishment is pleasant, as is the welcome. Here, homemade food is not an empty word: soup or marinated fish as a starter, with olives directly from the garden, followed by grilled fish of the day and southern vegetables, shellfish risotto, fresh pasta... The restaurant also offers a platter of grilled meats to share. Vegetarians can order a special dish while children will find a corner for them. Good desserts too.
