Krásne luxusné apartmány (obrovské izbe priestranné veľké dá sa tam aj tancovať, tancovať sa dá aj v kúpeľní )v srdci Splitu v centre cca 15 min. chôdze, Príjemná recepčná výborná kuchyňa perfektné raňajky vonku bazén parkovné miesta skoro raj na zemi. Cena boli sme to mimo sezóny na začiatku marca cena izba s raňajkami a s parkovaním 80 € proste perfektné. Môžeme všetkým len doporučiť. Hneď vedľa ubytovania je veľmi príjemná reštaurácia s výbornou obsluhou a strašne chutným jedlom všetko čerstvé pán pripravuje jedlo na grile hneď vedľa proste super

Wir waren im Oktober dort….. noch nie habe ich sowas erlebt…. Luxury?! Ich habe mich so geekelt omg! Wie können hier Leute gut bewerten! Erst hatten wir die Garten Suite mit Meerblick und Balkon, man hat keine Luft durch den Schimmel bekommen, die Wände waren dreckig und schimmelig , der Teppich versüfft, überall lagen Krümel und die Couch und Kissen waren braun statt blau weiß! Dann habe ich um einen Wechsel in ein Hotelzimmer gebeten …. nicht wirklich besser…. Das Frühstück war auch die reinste Frechheit…. Als wir ankamen lagen angefressene Kekse auf den Stühlen und bis die schlechtgelaunte Frühstückskraft den Kaffee gebracht hat verging eine halbe Stunde. Das Essen auf dem Buffet sah aus wie aus einem Container geklaut. Die Rezeptionistin mit den dunklen Haaren und der Brille war wirklich total lieb und freundlich. Ich arbeite selber in der Hotellerie und habe sowas noch nie erlebt. Nie wieder!!!!!

Zimmer war sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Das WLAN ist leider wirklich schlecht und funktioniert nur manchmal und dann nicht gut. Nach mehrmaliger Beschwerde haben wir dann ein eigenes WLAN für unser Zimmer bekommen, die Mitarbeiter bemühen sich hier also sehr.

Located close to the shore in a narrow street, yet charmingly decorated and maintained. Room is very clean, comfortable and cozy.

High quality breakfast was provided in a garden setting, gave guests a home like atmosphere.

Highly recommended.

Hotel in zona residenziale a circa 15-20 a piedi dal centro storico su fondo pianeggiante e prevalentemente alberato e a 5 minuti dal mare. Camere luminose e ampie, corredate da balcone con tavolino e poltroncine. Bagno non funzionale: lavabo in camera e nessuna mensola per appoggiare oggetti sia nel bagno che nel vano doccia. Colazione varia sia nel salato che nel dolce, con grande disponibilità e gentilezza da parte del personale. Piscina a disposizione. 7 posti per parcheggiare l'automobile gratuitamente. Consigliato

Das Hotel hat die besten Zeiten hinter sich.
Alles sehr ungepflegt, draußen wie drinnen.
Teppichboden (eigentlich schon schlimm genug) ist fleckig. Im Bad fehlte die Tür zur Dusche, das Wasser im Handwaschbecken lief kaum ab und der Mangel konnte nicht behoben werden.

Die Lage geht einigermaßen.
Mit Uber kostet der Transfer in die Stadt etwa 6 Euro.

Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

Das Wasser im Pool war trüb und wirkte nicht wirklich einladend.

Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr nett. Im Servicebereich gibt es diesbezüglich noch viel Luft nach oben.

Das bei der Buchung angepriesene Restaurant gibt es nicht mehr, obwohl die Beschilderung nach wie vor darauf hinweist.

Die Preise der Minibar haben es in sich und spiegeln das Niveau des Hauses nicht ansatzweise wieder.

Très beau Hôtel, nous avons passés 10 jours dedans, que ça soit pour le service du petit déjeuner, ou encore les employées très sympa! Je recommande avec une piscine bien!

Staff were super nice and the location was handy with a Spar nearby and the old town a 20 minute walk away.

The facilities are in need of a refresh. The room was clean and spacious but the overhead shower was split open, and so the water went everywhere. Some wall sockets were dangling from the wall and the underside of the bathroom door showed very clear signs of water damage. The mirror in the bathroom had lost its shine in lots of places and the sink was pretty worn too.
The bed was very large but the mattress sagged in the middle a bit.

Breakfast was included but limited, specially for Vegetarians. There was no toaster for the bread just an underpowered sandwich maker.

For the price we paid we had expected a higher standard in the room and at breakfast.

Oberflächlich betrachtet ein sehr schönes Hotel. Außenbereich nett, Eingangsbereich sehr schick. Gemütliche Lobby und ansprechende Rezeption. Frühstück sehr gut und reichlich Auswahl. Sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Aber die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad war sehr alt, wir mochten darin nichts nutzen. Keine Ahnung wieso dieses Hotel vier Sterne hat. Lage okay, 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis ans Meer.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis.
Nous avions 1 suite avec 2 vraies chambres et 1 salle de bains commune.
Le petit déjeuner est très varie et copieux.
Autour de l'hôtel différents restaurants pour se restaurer.
Je n'ai pas essayé la piscine.
Seul petit bémol, la déco de notre suite était un peu vieillotte.
Je recommande sans problème cet hôtel.

The staff at Boban Luxury Suites were lovely. The breakfast absolutely exceeded expectations! You will not go hungry. The latte was a work of art. After a very long day of travel we enjoyed a refreshing swim in the pool. There are excellent restaurant offerings, including restaurants with an ocean view just steps from the hotel. The garden is bright with color and a enjoyable place to relax after walking Old Town Split and the coastline. The hotel is on the right side of Old Town Split to avoid sitting in bumper to bumper traffic of the bustling city.

We stayed in one of the two penthouse suits for two nights. The room was fantastic. It had two bed rooms with full beds and one bathroom. The bathroom was nothing to write about and it didn’t have any counter space in it. But the patio made it all worth it. We had half the roof of the place in patio. There was an older wicker table in the one corner that looked a little forlorn. But there was a huge pristine bath tub on the patio. There were great views of the ocean far off in the distance from the patio too! So view wise with that room it was great. Otherwise the hotel is a bit far from the ocean and it was about a 15 minute walk to the ocean. It was about 30 minutes to walk to the city centre from the hotel which was quite far after a long day of walking around seeing and doing things. We had to Uber back quite often after dinner. But the walk was doable and seemed safe even at night.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were very cheerful and nice.

Breakfast was included which was nice. It was 8-11am. Which I thought was a good timeframe. It is the same breakfast everyday but there were many options so I thought that was fine. They had cheese, ham, croissants, coffee, juice, yogurt, fruit, eggs, and bread and spreads.

It was not the most convenient location. But it was clean, quiet, and comfortable.
