In a hidden alleyway, the tables of this konoba are set in front of large historical windows, opened for the emperor himself, in the surrounding wall. One comes here for this exceptional setting, to feel like Diocletian at his window watching the harbor. For more than forty years, the tavern has been serving traditional Croatian cuisine (seafood, grilled fish and meat, southern vegetables) or aperitif antipasti plates. If you are lucky, you will be able to sit at one of these mythical tables for food and drink only.
