In the former Makarun Palace, this restaurant has set up its tables in the inner courtyard for a cosy atmosphere. You can order antipasti, seafood or Dalmatian products, with cocktails or regional wines. Menus also include fresh fish, seafood, shellfish and grilled meat from local farmers, often accompanied by blitva or seasonal vegetables. For dessert, a surprising cake, makarun with sweet macaroni from Korčula. The establishment also offers three deluxe room-suites.

Nous sommes très heureuse de faire un stage à SPLIT en salle au sein du Makarun un projet d'Erasmus . L'équipe nous a bien accueilli pendant notre premier jour de stage. Nous avons mangé des bons plats du restaurant. Mario et son équipe ont une bienveillance aussi, Ils ont une très bonne clientèle . Il nous apprenne des mots en croate. Ils sont très patient de notre apprentissage et de nos erreurs.

Nous somme à Split dans le but d’un projet Erasmus ,nous devions trouver un stage au sein de la restauration pendant 1 mois nous avons été chaudement bien accueilli par Mario et c’est agréable d’être étranger, se sentir bien et en sécurité dans un nouveau pays dont nous craignions le pire .Ils nous ont former avec rapidité et efficacité, nous avons pu goûter et manger des plats de ce pays dont nous connaissons pas l’existence en France ,et croyez moi n’importe quelle d’entre vous sera le bienvenue à Macarun !!Je les remercies
