This restaurant has changed its name but not its formula. A place to sample classic Dalmatian cuisine, with fresh produce. On the menu: grilled or filleted whole white fish, cassolette of mussels, cockles and scampi swimming in a parsley broth, as well as grilled meat, risotto, southern vegetables, fresh pasta and polenta cakes. Vegetarian dishes are also available. Upstairs, the management offers rooms and apartments for rent.

Wunderschöne Lage dieses Restaurantes ! Jedoch gemessen am Service und der tatsächlich erbrachten Qualität der Speisen , viel viel zu teuer !!

A great evening dinner for six .. the Fish stew is exceptional but the service is what really distinguished the evening. Sure, this isn't the cheapest dinner in town, but if you're on vacation don't you want to enjoy the local experience, authentic cooking and wine from the Dalmatian coast? You won't be disappointed at the Olive ex Vanjaka.

Très bien situé dans la vieille ville. Carte divisée en "first course" / "second course" / "third course"
Si on ajoute un plat par service, ça peut revenir cher.
Néanmoins très bonne table à Trogir!

Profesjonalna i przemiła obsługa. Dwoje braci i oboje mega zaangażowani oraz reszta obsługi. Dbają o każdy szczegół i komfort klienta. Służą pomocą, uśmiechnięci i widać, że robią to z pasją. Co do jedzenia przepyszne (nie mają problemu stworzyć z karty coś czego nie ma jak na przykład talerz rybny). Na prawdę z czystym sumieniem polecam ????
