The island is renowned for the quality of the sheep's cheese, fed with the island's wild herbs, which has a particular flavour. Before maturing, it is rubbed with olive oil. Gligora production is the most prosperous, both artisanal and high-tech. You can visit the maturing cellars and storage rooms. Free tasting and sale of paški sir, kozlar (goat's milk), žigljen (sheep's and cow's milk), sir ružmarinom, rolled in dried rosemary leaves.
