4-star boutique hotel offering comfortable rooms with air conditioning, minibar and free Wi-Fi.

On the port, a four-star boutique hotel. Comfortable rooms with air conditioning, minibar, free wifi connection. Windows with magnificent views of the seafront promenade and the old cruise ships at the docks. However, the bustle of the street, in the cafés and restaurants below, can be disturbing. Pets allowed. There is a public car park with a charge, but before entering the city centre, on the road to the shipyard, free parking spaces are reserved at the hotel (inquire at the reception).

I didn’t stay at the hotel but I went to the cafe downstairs with a few friends. First of all the lady’s bathroom wasn’t working which was inconvenient. We ordered 3 cold Nescafé coffees but got hot ones. The virgin mojito was pretty good but the orange juice was kinda average. To be honest I was expecting a little more from a cafe in the centre of Mali Losinj. It was quite expensive and they also didn’t return our 10 cent change. All in all maybe you should pick another cafe if you can.

NIE WIEDER!

Der völlig indiskutable Standard des Hauses und die frappierend deutliche Überforderung der Rezeptions-Besetzung bei der Kenntnisnahme unserer Kritiken (nirgendwo warmes Wasser im Bad, ein nicht reagierender Safe wegen abgelaufener Batterien, ein Waschbecken mit kaputtem Verschluss, ein Frühstücksraum im Stil einer ärmlichen Theken-Eisdiele etc. ...) sorgten äußerst schnell dafür, dass unser Stay bereits nach gut 1 1/2 Stunden Geschichte war und wir wieder abreisen konnten!

Mit seeehr viel gutem Willen - und das nur wegen der Terrasse und des Hafenanblicks - ist dies ein 2-Sterne-Hotel, aber nichts sonst! Wir denken, dass sich das Management mal ernsthaft fragen sollte, ob es wohl achtungsvoll und statthaft ist, seine stattlichen Gelder zahlenden Gäste derart zu verhöhnen ...

Das einzige Lob gebührt einer jungen Dame an der Rezeption, die mit Verständnis und freundlicher Bemühung für die reibungslose Abwicklung unserer Stornierung sorgte - nochmals danke dafür!

Letztlich sorgte dann die Mini-Region um VELI LOSINJ für das, was man normaler Weise unter einem 4-Sterne-Niveau versteht!

Za hotel s 4 zvjezdice, nedopustivo i bizarno iskustvo.

Pri dolasku u sobu primijetili smo da je čaša u ormaru korištena, a da je ispod kreveta smeće, što smo zbog inicijalne dobre volje odlučili zanemariti.

Prilikom prvog tuširanja je ispao potrgani plastični dio glave što smo odmah prijavili recepciji. Nakon odgovora sljedećeg dana da je problem riješen, u kupaoni se ništa nije promijenilo - tuš je i dalje bio nefunkcionalan.

Odlaskom na prvu večeru ostali smo opet zatečeni jer je hrana bila gotovo uvredljiva!
Slijed je bio sljedeći:
Prvo toplo predjelo - nezačinjena i bezukusna krem juha nepoznatog sastava,
Drugo toplo predjelo - nezačinjeni "rižoto" s paprikom koji je imao miris po zimnici (slika u prilogu),
Glavno jelo - gorke pržene lignje s blitvom i krumpirom u tragovima,
Desert - jednostavan krem kolač s biskvitom

Od svega navedenog, juhu i "rižoto" smo vratili jer su bili nejestivi, dok smo lignje i kolač zbog gladi nekako pojeli. Nakon što je osoblje vidjelo evidentno nezadovoljstvo, odlučili su nam u znak isprike ne naplatiti mineralnu, a polovičnu večeru od 35€ po osobi smo ipak morali platiti. Nakon navedenog iskustva, sljedeće jutro smo zatražili da nam otkažu večere za naredne dane što su nevoljko prihvatili.

Idućeg dana pri dolasku u sobu smo zamijetili da u kupaoni nema tople vode. Ono što nas je još više iznenadilo je bila reakcija recepcije gdje je osoblje prvo tvrdilo da je nakon provjere problem riješen, a nije bio. Nakon toga je bio obećan dolazak majstora tek sljedeći dan, što isto nije urodilo plodom. Za objašnjene da se radi o staroj zgradi i opetovano odgađanje popravka nemamo razumijevanja. Poslije dvodnevnog odugovlačenja, manipuliranja, davanja netočnih informacija i netuširanja na +30°, nije nam bila ponuđena nikakva alternativa te smo zatražili izlazak iz hotela dan ranije od očekivanog.

Na kraju nam je trošak boravka zbog nedostatka tople vode reduciran za 20%.

Doručak, ljubazan konobar te pogled iz sobe jedini su highlight boravka u ovom hotelu.

Naše iskustvo čisti je primjer turizma gdje usluge nikako nisu u korelaciji s cijenama koje smo na kraju obvezni platiti.
