ASPARAGUS FESTIVAL

With climate change, they may arrive earlier, but traditionally, it's in April that konoba (taverns) and restaurants cook asparagus in a variety of ways. The last day of the festival is the most festive, with concerts, a tombola and a giant frittata for all, concocted with hundreds of eggs and dozens of kilos of asparagus!
