A luxury hotel with fifteen rooms in classic bourgeois style and modern comfort, some with balcony.

This villa was built in 1910 to house the sanatorium of Doctor Eder, one of the founders of thalassotherapy in Lovran. Since then, it has become a luxury hotel, with about fifteen rooms in classic bourgeois style and modern comfort (free wifi connection, air conditioning, minibar), some with balcony. A lounge bar, a large dining room for breakfasts, a games room with billiards, wellness equipment. If possible, ask for a room high up for the sea view but also to avoid road noise.

L'hotel esternamente non rende come nelle foto. Dentro ben tenuto e pulito.
Molto gentile e disponibile la ragazza alla reception.
Camera doppia adibita a trispla molto carina.
Doccia molto piccola.
Unico problema il fastidioso rumore notturno del condizionatore.

Very nice villa, big room with high ceilings. Parking with electric car chargers.
The breakfast buffet was amazing. The dog was welcome and he loved the Ball in the room.

Really nice place if you want to enjoy the city of Lovran and walk along famous “Lungo mare” walking path. Very pleasant staff and a pet friendly facility.
