Bestes Hotel für die Teilnahme am Istria300. Start und Ziel praktisch vor der Eingangstür. Parkplätze sind vor dem Hotel keine vorhanden, es fährt aber regelmäßig ein Shuttlebus zum kostenlosen, überwachten Parkplatz.

Das Hotel liegt toll. Man setzt mit dem Schiff über und hat einen tollen Ausblick auf die Stadt. Die Zimmer sind nett und es gibt eine Menge Angebote für jung und alt. Das Frühstücks Buffet war toll. Ein bisschen Abzug würde ich für das Abend Buffet geben. Das Angebot ist reichhaltig und es gibt etwas für jeden Geschmack aber leider fand ich vieles nicht so richtig lecker.

Jsem stálým klientem společnosti Valamar - již více jak patnáct let využívám nejen ubytovacích služeb společnosti převážně v Poreči a v Obertauernu. Doposud bylo vše v absolutním pořádku.
Z posledního pobytu - září 2023 - mám smíšené pocity. Po ubytování na pokoji 413 jsem zjistil po návratu z večerní procházky Poreče, že pod polštářem na jedné postely je živý šváb či škvor. Okamžitě jsem informoval recepci a pan recepční se omluvil s tím, že tento hmyz je z odpadů v koupelně a že v pokoji 413 bude ráno provedena deratizace proti hmyzu. Tento závadný pokoj nám pan recepční vyměnil za pokoj 309 - pokoj s výhledem na moře. Je s podivem, že hotel měl k dispozici náhradní pokoj a to s výhledm na moře i když v rámci mailové komunikace před příjezdem na hotel, mně bylo opakovaně sděleno, že v uvedeném termínu pokoj s výhledem na moře na adrese požadovaného hotelu není žádný pokoj s výhledem na moře k dispozici !!!
Tedy jsme se přestěhovali na pokoj 309 - a na tomto pokoji jsme celý pobyt již dokončili i když s výhradami - v koupelně nedostatečně čisté držáky ručníků pod umyvadlem - po upozornění bylo paní pokojskou sděleno, že tento stav je v pořádku - nemá čistící prostředky k dispozici, aby nerezové držáky ručníků mohla vyleštit !!! Dále byl v koupelně odpadkový koš, na kterém byly zbytky igelitového ochranného obalu !!! Veškeré výše popsané nedostatky jsou přílohou tohoto hodnocení pobytu.
Snažím se pochopit, že s blížícím koncem sezony je úroveň poskytovaných služeb na nižší úrovni, ale pravděpodobně chybí kontrolní systémy u společnosti.

Great hotel in the heart of old town. Access to the island and pool which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was really great. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Would stay again.

Booked at fairly short notice via an Easyjet holiday in July.
What an amazing week we had in this hotel.
The service is fantastic and we absolutely loved the champagne breakfast (and brunch). Such a choice of food and all the staff were excellent , very friendly and helpful.
Prosecco and snacks also provided early evening which is great!

Also provided with free boat travel , towel and lounger hire for the nearby island which was also fantastic.

A wonderful hotel in a fantastic location , will definitely be our first choice of hotel if we return to Porec (which is a lovely place for a holiday).

Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Top hotel met super personeel en prachtige locatie.Ontbijt top,daarna nog een champagne brunch en om 17 uur ook nog hapjes met champagne. Kamer is niet al te groot en zonder balkon.

Sehr angenehm, dass keine Kinder im Hotel waren.
Die Lage ist am Wochenende allerdings eine absolute Katastrophe, Die lauteste und schlimmste Musik? am Hauptplatz bis 1 Uhr in der Früh, an schlafen nicht einmal zu denken, da vibrierten sogar die Fenster!
Das Hotel trifft natürlich keine Schuld , aber der Bürgermeister von Porec sollte einmal im Valamar Riviera oder einem anderen Stadthotel übernachten und am nächsten Tag arbeiten gehen, wie viele
andere Einwohner von Porec, für die dieser Irre Lärm auch nicht lustig ist. Dem Valamar Riviera würde ich für seine Leistungen sogar 5 Sterne geben !!!!!!!

It was one of the best experience I ever had in a hotel! The staff was really helpful and kind. We loved the isabella island and its really great to have a free transfer to the island. The spinnaker restaurant was amazing and its really great to have a diacount beacuse of Valamar. Sure we will come back!

Omg! This hotel is heaven. We loved our stay from start to finish. Beautiful location. Woke up to blue skies and enjoyed coffee on the balcony looking at the ships in the harbour. Restaurant staff are first rate. MIRKO is a wonderful restaurant manager. Food outstanding. Prosecco on tap. What more can you ask for? Highly recommend. Thank you so much

Ero già stato in questo hotel anni fa e non posso che confermare l’ottima esperienza della volta precedente! Comodissima la posizione, la presenza di un servizio di navette per il parcheggio esclusivo dell’hotel fuori dalla città vecchia ed il servizio di taxi boat gratuito verso la vicina isola di San Nikola (assieme ai lettini nelle varie spiagge dell’isola). Ottima la pulizia delle camere anche se ritengo che il vero plus sia rappresentato dal servizio di accoglienza impeccabile (tutto lo staff estremamente gentile e disponibile) e dal ristorante dell’hotel che offre colazioni e brunch di ottima fattura. Definirlo albergo è decisamente riduttivo.
L'Hotel Riviera, facente parte della catena Valamar, è praticamente una "costola" su terraferma del meraviglioso Resort Valamar che si trova sull'isola Sveti Nikola.
Abbiamo avuto accesso a qualsiasi comfort presente sull'isola, dai lettini inclusi nel costo del soggiorno, alle asciugamani sempre nuove al comodissimo battello che ogni 15/30 minuti ti accompagna all'isola e rientro (con qualche ovvia piccola limitazione).
Il ristorante vero e proprio dell'albergo è stata una vera scoperta, incluso il meraviglioso angolo con tutti i "sapori" del posto.
Albergo adatto a tutti ed intendo davvero a tutti, dalle famiglie agli anziani passando per le giovani coppie e, cosa che ci ha veramente scioccato in positivi, gli animali domestici inclusi che hanno accesso a qualsiasi punto dell'albergo e del resort con servizi e aree dedicate (spiagge, aree cani recintate e luoghi ombrati, ciotole per acqua, ecc.), cosa non scontata per questo tipo di strutture, pur non mancando mai educazione, pulizia e privacy.
Il personale è di una gentilezza disarmante sempre disposto ad accogliere tutte le esigenze e con il sorriso, sia sull'isola che sulla terraferma.
Personalmente abbiamo optato per questo albergo in quanto, essendo una giovane coppia e quindi con orari illimitati e la libertà di voler tardare la sera, volevamo azzerare il "rischio" di non riuscire a rientrare sull'isola dopo un certo orario (l'ultimo traghetto per il rientro è alle ore 00.05) e per avere la possibilità di rientrare in tutta tranquillità.
Inoltre l'albergo mette a disposizione un comodissimo servizio navetta gratuito per accompagnarti al parcheggio custodito della struttura che si trova poco distante dall'albergo, ma non raggiungibile a piedi.
L'albergo ha una posizione strategica sia con il luogo di attracco e partenza del traghetto che collega con l'isola (4 minuti a piedi) sia con il centro (1 minuto a piedi), difatti si trova in una zona a traffico limitato che azzera il rischio di traffico, smog e/o rumori legati al traffico di automobili e moto. Assoluta pace.
Il piccolo porticciolo è adibito solo alla partenza e all'attracco di piccole imbarcazioni per il tour delle varie attrazioni naturali turistiche (fantastici) e i taxi boat.

Esperienza di assoluto relax da riprovare!

N.B. dal 2023 la Croazia accetta come UNICA moneta l'Euro, essendo ufficialmente entrata nella zona "euro", con conseguenti (ovvi oserei dire) aumenti di costo legati a questa transizione. Nonostante ciò esperienza con rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente sopra la media Europea.

If we wanted to book a flat, we would have booked an airbnb and not a hotel. The flat we had was located just besides a restaurant where some customers screamed their lungs out along some music at 2 am, we had to come see them two times for silence. Now for the flat: it has the noisiest fridge I ever encountered, a shower that leaks one drop at a time, and worst of all, a loud, persistent mid-range humming from an unknown electronic source that never, ever stop. Worst night in my 3-week holidays. Do not accept the flat, ask for a room inside the hotel.

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in dem Hotel, allerdings nicht im gebuchten Zimmer! Das haben wir umgehend bemängelt. An der Rezeption wurde uns mitgeteilt dass kein Zimmer unserer Kategorie frei sei und wir am nächsten Tage nochmal fragen könnten :-(
Das Frühstück ist allerdings ein Traum. So viel Auswahl. Allerdings kommt das Personal nicht mit der Bestellung der Getränke hinterher. Das kann dann schon etwas dauern
