Die Buchung und Abwicklung haben soweit einwandfrei geklappt. Auch auf Nachfragen wurde rasch geantwortet. Die Anfahrt und das einchecken war problemlos möglich. Leider war das Apartment nicht bewohnbar da der Modergeruch unerträglich war (Schimmel an den Wänden - hier kann aber der Reiseunternehmer nichts dafür). Nach einer Nacht haben wir das Problem angesprochen und haben für die restlichen Tage das Geld erstattet bekommen. Einen Notfallplan hatten wir schon, weshalb eine neue Unterkunft nicht notwendig war. Super Service und freundliches Personal

Sobald man als Gast ein Problem hat steigert sich die kundenunfreundlichkeit ins unermessliche. Waren im September 2022 dort und haben uns über Lärm direkt neben unserer terasse bis nach 24 Uhr beschwert. Anfangs zeigte man sich verständnisvoll und wollte mit der Eigentümerin eine Lösung suchen. Nach Rücksprache mit ihr teilte man uns mit dass man eh schon nichts verdiene weil wir über belvilla gebucht haben und der Lärm sei doch nicht so schlimm. Naja der war nur so schlimm dass wir dort ganz sicher nicht mehr hin fahren.
