This well known restaurant in Tana is appreciated by connoisseurs who crowd around the bar, in the mezzanine or in the main room. Philippe and his team welcome with sympathy the amateurs of good food. An interesting wine cellar accompanies a well-made cuisine which smells good French soil: frogs' legs terrine with gratin, pork loin with chanterelles, pig's trotters with red beans, rabbit with cider and bacon, game (teal, wild boar stew, quails...). It is better to reserve the evening.

un régal !
La carte de ce resto regorge de plats typiquement français comme le coq au vin ou la choucroute, tous absolument délicieux, mais aussi de plats malgaches tout aussi savoureux, comme les camarrons ou une superbe fricassée d'anguilles et porc.
Belle carte de vins sud africains et français, dont un excellent Languedoc, le Chateau Auzias

An address to remember absolutely! A kitchen, between France and Madagascar, of very good quality and original: the crocodile carpaccio, the zipper knee, and a wine list worthy of a large wine cellar!
