Nous avons utilisé Espace Mada pour notre tour à Madagascar (RN7 plus Andasibe). L'organisation était absolument parfaite. Les guides (particulièrement notre guide principal Rivo) étaient super. Le propriétaire (Guillaume) était également toujours disponible. Une très bonne agence que nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation.

Amazing Tour of East of Madagascar
We recently returned from a trip to Madagascar where we used Espace Mada as our tour company.
I got their contact from the Lonely Planet and contacted them by email to request that they design a 2 week tour for us taking in the East Coast of Madagascar, they designed a tour based on our requests about what we'd like to see and amended it several times at our request answering queries we had in relation to the sites that it would be possible to visit (and the ones that would take too long to get to within our timescale).
Espace Mada arranged all the travel, (driver, car, accommodation, guides, boat tickets, park entrance fees).
They were great for recommending accommodation that they had used before. All the accommodation was of a good standard and clean serving good food. They were very flexible (for instance we asked for our hotel to be near the airport and they arranged an alternative hotel), we also suggested another hotel for one of the locations and they advised against it saying that they had had some bad reviews from customers they had sent there, we trusted their view and they were right, I think it was this kind of local knowledge that was really invaluable.
Our driver (Zack) stayed with us for the period of the trip and was great and took time to look out for us, warning us of pickpockets in Tana, looking after our bags, taking us to whatever location we wanted, we couldn't by have asked for more.
All in all, I would highly recommend Espace Mada.

Guillaume et son équipe ont su répondre à toutes nos demandes pour un circuit de 6 semaines fin 2022.
Le programme a été établi selon le rythme que l'on souhaitait et le choix des hôtels correspondait majoritairement à nos exigences. Les chauffeurs sont très professionnels et les véhicules bien entretenus.
L'organisation sur place s'est déroulée sans anicroche.
De plus cette agence ayant très bonne réputation dans tout le pays, l'accueil dans chaque hôtel est très bon.
La disponibilité et la réactivité aussi bien à l'élaboration du programme que sur place est très appréciable.
