Auvergne-based restaurateur Annabelle Pillière's cuisine also features local produce. Fresh, seasonal produce takes pride of place, as do small local producers, who are given priority for sourcing. Curé's omelette, homemade duck foie gras terrine, fillet of beef with velvet sauce garnish the regularly changing menu. Le service, equipe tres sympa, le petit déjeuner et le restaurant sont top, les chambres sont bien. Je ne sais pas quel âge a l'hôtel, mais ce que j'ai adoré, c'est qu'il y a encore quelques accents des années 60 (70 ?) visibles, comme la cabine téléphonique et la sellerie en cuir de la porte de la chambre.
