In the Jaubert family, it is a story of cheese and Saint-Nectaire especially! This shop was founded in 1918 in Les Martres-de-Veyre and has always been there. Today, alongside their parents, it is the4th generation of the family that works in the new premises of the creamery, a few meters from the historical store. As ripeners by trade, the Jauberts process their Saint-Nectaires throughout the year. One comes to the store mainly to taste this specialty, but one can also stop by the other cheeses of the area, from producers who have been working with the Jauberts for several generations. An establishment which is worth the detour!
