Wines and spirits Les Martres-De-Veyre

An organic vineyard since 2009, Domaine des Trouillères is a forerunner in the region. The 6 ha of vineyards produce wines of character that testify to the excellent work of Jean-Pierre Pradier, the former owner, and his successors, Camille and Mikael Hyvert, who arrived in 2016. Convinced that a wine should be as natural as possible, this couple, keen on archaeology, even experiments with vinification in earthenware jars. It is possible to visit the farm located in the middle of the vineyards, even in groups of up to 35 people.
