The Öküz Mehmet Paşa Kervansarayı, built by the Grand Vizier in 1618, restored in 1966, is one of the most beautiful buildings in Kuşadası. Right in the centre, the establishment offers 26 charming rooms and 1 suite, with bathroom, telephone and air conditioning. The rooms are distributed around an inner courtyard (carpet shop) where dinners with oriental dance are held in the evening. Restaurant, bars, nightclub, shops. When the heavy doors close after midnight, you can easily imagine yourself as a rich 17th century merchant. An experiment!

Very pleasant stay at the caravanserai, history and symbolism. In the day and at night with its beautiful courtyard which illuminates around the oriental dancers. The rooms are decorated careful... everything is pleasant.
