ANIS étoilé develops educational activities around food and sustainable development. The association facilitates the discovery of alternative agricultures in France and around the world and encourages encounters between different culinary cultures. ANIS étoilé accompanies and trains professionals and volunteers. It supports local authorities' initiatives to set up supply schemes based on local and sustainable agriculture. Excursions, cooking classes, conferences and screenings are organized throughout the year.
