The sylvatorium is the perfect place to recharge your batteries. You'll take a forest bath on a one-kilometer trail that will stimulate all your senses. Spas are installed: large wooden tubs into which you plunge clothed to immerse yourself in sounds (hearing), smells (smell), chromotherapy (sight) and electromagnetic communication (touch), not forgetting the taste with forest berries. From the bottom of the valley to the puy Gros plateau, from streams to clearings and from scree to burons, the climb opens onto the Guéry summer pasture areas. At the top of the puy Gros, the work of the glaciers is obvious, in the perspective of the Mont-Dore valley. The view of the Sancy ridges is unbeatable. Take the time to appreciate it and to breathe this so pure air before going down again. The distance is 8 km, the duration is 3 hours. Departure from the marshes on the D996, yellow markings, maximum altitude : 1 485 m.

The Mont-Dore Aventures park is located in the heart of the Capucin, in a forest that is over 100 years old. Users move from tree to tree by means of games, cables, wooden bridges, ropes, nets or by jumping from one platform to another and by zip lines of different lengths (about twenty from 30 to 150 meters long). The Mont-Dore Aventures team offers many activities in summer and winter: escape game, rope game, electric scooter, snowshoeing, sledding, cross-country skiing, skating...

Fatscoot ? What is this new activity proposed in the Sancy? Hold on to your handlebars, we are talking about all-terrain downhill scooter. Different routes are mapped out, to be chosen according to your level: beginner or advanced. The departure is at the foot of the Val de Courre. On the tracks, go around the obstacles: slaloms, raised turns... Sensations guaranteed on board the Fatscoot. Once the course is finished, you go back up by the ski lift. This activity is accessible from 8 years old and can be practiced with the whole family.

Outdoor activities in summer and winter? Sancy Park has done it! Thrill-seekers will try out the zip line, unique in Auvergne. In summer, you can take to the skies with the tubby jump. Toboggan runs are open for children and adults. On sunny days, you can ride an all-terrain electric scooter or test your agility at the disc golf. Two activities are exclusively dedicated to children: the infernal tower which includes a climbing wall, a slide and a jump in the void and the snowmobile driving.

A small walk of 2 h in sous that makes it possible to win Capuchin. You can also join other paths such as the Doctors or Milles-Pis. Many other trails leave the station. This is the case of the Chemin-Roze road - the name of the two artists who created it - leading to the Grande Cascade.
