AKSU AND ZINDAN CAVE

Zindan Cave (Zindan Mağarası), located 30 km southeast of Eğirdir and 1 km from the village of Aksu in the north, is 765 m long. It is also very impressive with its 1,520 meters high ceiling. Inside, stalactites and stalagmites share the walls. The cave is surrounded by an ancient city whose remains can still be seen. The site was taken in charge in 2004 by the Ministry of Tourism and improvements are made regularly. In the vicinity, beautiful walks by the river await you.
