LA FERME DU REBOND
At La Ferme du Rebond, Simon Demolin has embarked on a remarkable reconversion: a former teacher, he now grows around forty vegetables on a hectare of land, with the help of two trainees. No chemicals or weedkillers, but a real concern for biodiversity and an intensive organic approach: the produce is harvested in the morning and sold in the evening, with unsold produce going to charities. The farm is in the process of converting to organic farming, and should soon be awarded the organic label. You can buy direct from the farm or via the drive. An eco-responsible address to discover!
