OPEN-AIR MUSEUM OF ZELVE

The ancient village of Zelve was housed inside the cliffs, but as a result of severe earthquakes, the population had to leave the scene and build a new habitat in the valley. You can now visit houses, churches and monasteries built well before the iconoclastic period. Background: think of equipping yourself with fire-resistant shoes and electric torch. At the entrance to the site, several small restaurants offer drinks and pancakes. The history of the Paşabağı Valley has been included in the Zelve Museum.
