Refined accommodation offering a beautiful view of the city of Issoire.

At the top of the village of Le Broc, near the castle ruins, this upscale hotel is timeless. In the 12 rooms, shapes and materials create a warm, uncluttered ambience. Most have incredible mountain views, which you can enjoy even from the shower! Special mention for the solid products from local soap maker Les Mains sales. We appreciate the little touches like the herbal tea from Auvergne served on arrival. A hearty country-style breakfast is served in the panoramic dining room.

Cuisine inventive et excellente. Cuisine engagée sur les produits locaux avec véritable prise de risque. La tête de veau même dans un 1 etoile est un parti pris ! . Le service est attentionné, discret mais présent. Nous avons passé une tres belle soirée
