Closed since the turn of the century, the railroad line between Lapeyrouse and Saint-Éloy-les-Mines is coming back to life thanks to the Vélorail. A pleasant, shady 16-kilometer round trip takes in the rural Combrailles countryside. Descents and gentle climbs punctuate the ride, but don't worry, the electric assistance will be with you all the way, so you can pedal effortlessly. However, the more athletic riders can deactivate the assistance if they wish.
