A PHOTOGRAPHIC JOURNEY. THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE POBLE ESPANYOL
Discover the history of the Poble Espanyol through a collection of photographs, letters and drawings that were used to carry out the difficult task of choosing the buildings whose replicas would recreate the true architectural tradition of the villages of Spain.
Do not miss the exhibition "A Photographic Journey. The Construction of the Poble Espanyol," which delves into the origins and construction process of the site. Examine the expeditions undertaken between 1927 and 1928 by the architects Ramón Reventós and Francesc Folguera, the draughtsman Xavier Nogués and the painter Miquel Utrillo, with the aim of gathering information to transform the project into a reality that would be turned upside down.
Included in the general admission every day from Monday to Sunday from 10am to 20pm.

The Poble Espanyol houses a contemporary art museum; an interesting permanent exhibition on the origins and construction of the site; a collection of sculptures displayed in a natural space; and a striking sculpture that recreates a forest. Check them out!

Summer Nights Live
Under the name of Noches en Vivo, the emblematic venue of Montjuïc presents, from June to August, several concerts in Barcelona of different styles with emerging and established bands and artists that make up a careful and varied program: Noches de Blues (Wednesday), the Mahou Rock&Grill festival (Thursday), P!ÒPERA Picnic&Ópera (Friday) and Atardeceres de Rumba (Sunday).

More than 20 decorations and magical lighting will fill the streets of the Poble Espanyol with joy so that young and old can make an engaging journey in which the spirit of Christmas will be more present than ever. There will also be Santa Claus and the Three Wise Men, Rock&Kids concerts, live nativity scenes and magic, circus and music shows. Come and experience Christmas in the Poble!
CHRISTMAS NIGHTS
Do you like music and Christmas? The first edition of Christmas Nights at the Poble Espanyol is here, a series of gospel, blues and opera concerts that will take place between December 2 and 29 at 8:30 p.m., with performances by the Messengers, the Petita Companyia Lírica de Barcelona and renowned blues groups from Catalonia. Each day, a different style! Tickets for the concerts include access to the venue from 6:30 p.m. to enjoy not only live music in a unique setting but also Christmas decorations and lighting in the Poble.
