Hidden in the medieval labyrinth of the Born, Dr. Stravinsky presents itself as a mysterious laboratory with its shelves loaded with jars and a décor of stills and test tubes. Set up by the team of the famous Paradiso, this cocktail bar uses its own spirits, liqueurs and soft drinks, through a craft process. For example, the Camp Nou, which tastes like a gin and tonic, is made with basil syrup, dill, coriander, lime, chamomile and house gin. A must for mixology enthusiasts.
