This restaurant was opened by the former chef of the Oberoi, whose son took over. Don't be fooled by the rather flashy front, these great fish specialists know how to prepare it perfectly. From the stall, you can choose your catch from Lake Nasser and the Red Sea. The kitchen will cook it at your convenience, fried or in the oven, and serve it with salads, rice and vegetables. If by chance there is lobster, don't sulk your pleasure, if not, go for the big shrimps which are excellent.
