This 100% women's Tanzanian project combines low-cost bungalows with safaris from Mwanza. The property, a little out of the way 30 minutes from the center, offers a large garden where the bungalows are scattered. The eight rooms feature queen-size mosquito-screened beds, sofas, dining tables, en-suite bathrooms and wi-fi. Don't expect any fancy decor, though. Excellent breakfast. The safari guides are also 100% women, an initiative worth supporting.

All the amenities you would expect are there. We enjoyed sitting outside and having tea. There is also a bench swing to relax on.
The food is very nice. We ordered our dinner before we went into town and told them when we would like to take it, and it would be ready. The food was very good, and we looked forward to dinner each day.
