Sharazād Oasis Retreat opened in August 2020 and is located right next to Sharazad Boutique Hotel in Jambiani Zanzibar.
With this new addition to our Sharazād Boutique Hotels family Group, we can now offer our guests a variety of accommodation comfortably spread across two acres of lush green gardens and 230m of beachfront access.
Reconnection takes on a new meaning in a place where nature, art and ancient wisdom co-exist.
This sanctuary retreat hotel welcomes all who wish to find peace in a space with true African charm.The addition of our Sharazād Wellness & Fitness Program was a natural progression and we hope our guests will enjoy it.
Between Sharazād Oasis Retreat and Sharazād Boutique Hotel, we now have two acres of tropical green gardens and200 metres of waterfront access.

The Room was tidy, except it was a-bit smelly I believe it was a sewage problem and humidity, we asked them to change the bed sheets they were dirty the next day they told us they have a eco-policy they only change every two days.
Restaurant : food was delicious, all we ate is seafood and I highly recommended it, portion was good too, perhaps more options on The menu is a good idea.
Beach : very good, quite not crowded, clean white sand, when low tides you can’t swim, when high tides we swam close to the beach, muddy sand is the down side.
