This charming new address on Jambiani beach has just six rooms. They are very inspired, with Swahili arabesques sculpting the openings, beautiful flooring, exposed beams and cut-wood partitions. The hotel has 6 elegant rooms furnished in an ethnic style, the colors of Africa that can be felt everywhere. In the inner courtyard of the building is its restaurant-bar with a view of the sea. La camera in perfetto stile africano è molto curata e pulita.

Abbiamo cenato 1 sola volta nel ristorante e sinceramente il rapporto qualità prezzo non è assolutamente buono.
Nota molto dolente l'organizzazione dele escursioni...la manager Susan molto gentile non ha nel nostro caso gestito bene le esperienze sopratutto quella principale il blue safari affidandosi a ragazzotto supponente e incompetente che ha mal organizzato la giornata facendoci pranzare con grigliata di mare ottima peraltro alle 9.30 del mattino con la scusa che l'isoletta sarebbe stata piu' tardi troppo affollata dirigendosi verso le mangrovie nel bel mezzo di un temporale e portandoci a fare snorkeing in una a di acqua profondissima.
Di fronte alle nostre lamentele Susan si è scusata piu' volte ma alla presentazione del conto ha preteso anche 1 dollaro del conto totale.
Capisco l'accaduto ma sarebbe stato professionalmente corretto scontare anche minimamente oltre che scusarsi.
Quindi secondo me l'albergo va utilizzato come bed and breakfast e deve finire lì......
Siamo spiacenti, però, di apprendere che la cena non ha rispettato le tue aspettative in termini di rapporto qualità-prezzo. Quando hai lodato l'ottimo cibo, avevamo sperato che la tua esperienza fosse stata completamente positiva.
Riguardo alle escursioni, ci dispiace sinceramente che non siano state di tuo gradimento, specialmente per quanto riguarda il Blue Safari.
Tuttavia, vorremmo chiarire alcuni dettagli. Il pranzo anticipato è stato servito in risposta alla tua richiesta e il nostro capitano ha cercato di garantire la tua soddisfazione. Non erano le 9.30 ma le 11.30: forse il fuso orario ti ha confuso. Ci scusiamo se ciò ha causato un disappunto.
Non hai menzionato che durante l'escursione hai avuto l'opportunità di avvistare i delfini, che si trovavano al di fuori della rotta abituale del Blue Safari. Il capitano ha raggiunto comunque il luogo dove si trovavano i meravigliosi mammiferi marini con entusiasmo, senza chiedere un extra, gratuitamente, per arricchire ulteriormente la tua esperienza. Speriamo che questo momento unico abbia comunque contribuito positivamente alla tua memoria della splendida Zanzibar.
Ci dispiace se il secondo snorkeling, che è stato proposto dopo l'avvistamento dei delfini, non ti sia piaciuto; era pensato per offrire un'esperienza tranquilla in un luogo meno frequentato. Di solito è un punto per lo snorkeling molto apprezzato.
Per quanto riguarda il temporale, la sicurezza dei nostri clienti è la nostra massima priorità. La decisione del capitano di dirigersi verso le mangrovie che si trovano a riva, in un luogo più sicuro in caso la pioggia si fosse trasformata in un vero e proprio temporale è stata presa con attenzione alla sicurezza, cercando di garantire la tua incolumità.
Riguardo alla questione del pagamento, ci rincresce che abbia pensato di dover ricevere uno sconto. Susan si è scusata sinceramente perché non avevi apprezzato l’escursione al 100%, ma non ha ritenuto necessario uno sconto, considerando che hai comunque goduto di tutti i servizi offerti.
Siamo davvero spiacenti se l'esperienza al Mamamapambo non ha soddisfatto completamente le tue aspettative e apprezziamo il tuo feedback. Saremmo lieti di poterti accogliere nuovamente per dimostrarti il nostro impegno nel migliorare continuamente.
