Affordable beachfront hotel with sunbeds on the sand, featuring sleek, equipped white banco rooms.

Pwani Mchangani has very few affordable hotels, this one is, while being particularly beautiful. Firstly, its position on the sea front, essential in this village, with its deckchairs on the sand and its pool under the coconut trees, not very big but charming. Then, the refined decoration and the attention paid to the details and to the sofas and rattan cage lined with cushions facing the sea. Finally, the rooms, designed in local architecture in white banco with rounded shapes and ochre floor, are very refined, pretty and well equipped.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per il nostro soggiorno a Zanzibar di 9 giorni. La sabbia bianca dalla porta di casa fino alla spiaggia è solo una delle cose stupende che questo posto offre. Servizio impeccabile, camere sempre pulite, ristorante nel quale si mangia benissimo a prezzi standard ed una spiaggia mozzafiato. Di base un piccolo paradiso con una cura per i dettagli molto alta. Non c'è il servizio di animazione cosa che, personalmente, credo che arricchisca di tranquillità ed autenticità l'esperienza. Lo consiglio a chi cerca un posto che regali relax e bellezza

Nice rooms but erratic air conditioning. Most days it didn't when until the evening. Staff is friendly but slow. Lovely small resort in a remote location. Very bohemian.

Great accommodation in Zanzibar. The food is delicious, and the service is also very kind.
You can relax all day in the sun loungers on the beach.
Perhaps the only negative is that if there is a power outage (and there is), there is no water in the rooms.
