A beautiful house located on the edge of the beautiful and huge Matemwe beach, which offers only a few en-suite rooms, at surprisingly affordable prices for the standing. In addition, it has a friendly lounge. In front of the beach there is a green garden with a tempting pool and hammocks to enjoy the calm and the incredible ocean view. Villa Kiva is a 28 room hotel, bungalows with sea and garden views. Villa Kiva has undergone a beautiful transformation from a private family beach villa to a 28 room boutique hotel located along the pristine white beach of Matemwe.
Our guests can choose from a variety of rooms, all of which are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, mini-fridges and hospitality trays. The hotel has a cafe/bar, oceanfront and garden restaurants, lounge, SPA, boutique, dive booking centre, TV room, lush garden and two swimming pools.
