Undoubtedly the cheapest and most friendly address in the village. You can even camp and sleep on the roof for almost nothing. This guesthouse, which is located in several old houses, has its own atmosphere. The rooms, small and often without windows, are all decorated differently, with objects of all kinds and souvenirs (photos, posters...) left by previous visitors. It's ultra kitschy but not without charm. Ask to see several of them, they are quite uneven as are the bathrooms. It will soon feel like home thanks to the welcome of the boss Nabil. But also because the latter has been able to provide low-cost travellers with everything they need: kitchen, washing machine, free coffee, Bedouin dinner... We can also inform you about everything that is done in Dana, and the house offers hikes in the reserve (with camping facilities). A big plus: if you come from Petra, Nabil organizes a shuttle to take you to Dana, just call him a little in advance. Finally, and namely, the equally friendly Hazim, son of Nabil, will be able to take you on a long and unforgettable trek: 3 days from Dana to Petra on foot, if you book in advance to allow you to organize it.
